What Services does Hospice provide?
Alleve Hospice services are provided by an Interdisciplinary Team that includes:
- Physician Services
- Skilled Nurses - RN and LPN
- Home Health Aides/Homemakers
- Medical Social Workers
- Dietary Counseling
- Spiritual Counseling
- Bereavement Counseling (13 months and beyond).
- Volunteers
- Physical/Occupational Therapy
- Speech and Language Pathology
- Medications related to the terminal diagnosis
Medical supplies and equipment for the palliation and management of the terminal diagnosis and related conditions. Short term inpatient care in a hospital nursing facility for symptom control and/or respite purposes.
