Wish to thank the staff of Alleve Hospice for being so compassionate and who were willing to be so thoughtful during a difficult time. This means so much to a family, knowing there is someone who cares about our feelings and was there to help when needed.
Even though Mom died in October, Alleve Hospice has been continuing to address spiritual concerns. My brother is alone in Oklahoma and the Chaplain has been a real comfort to my brother. I live in a different state. Any time I had questions of concerns the staff handled them promptly. Everyone at hospice was supportive and caring. You'll never know how much our family appreciated the time you spent with our mom.
Our family received nothing but excellent care and concern by Alleve staff. We appreciate the extra things which your staff was able to do above and beyond the efforts of the VA center. We think everything was done appropriately. Especially since we were out of the state and could do anything extra. Keep the faith and keep up your excellent work!
I had hospice back in 1995 for my late husband. BUT your team my Mom had was way better because your team is a warm caring feeling team, for my mom, husband and I. All with whom we came into contact with showed us their love and caring to all three of us. My mom received the best!
If hospices were rated 1-10, I would give the 10! We were very satisfied.
All of the people did an excellent job. I would like to say especially the social worker who helped me through an awful lot and was there to give me support. Your staff did an exceptional job and need a pat on the back. You are great people keep up the good work.
